ANCHOR
The anchor defines the position of an element relative to its preceding element.
An element can either anchor at a reference point (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right) or a reference line (top, left, right, bottom, maxbottom), provided by the previous element.
Going out from there, the element may only further shift in position through spacing around it.
